Sound

For the sound for our documentary, we are going to have various components that all account for different parts of the documentary. This will consist of non-diegetic sounds, such as voiceovers and incidental music, and diegetic music, which will consist of the voices recorded when the interviews take place, and the sounds in the background of the shots.
We have decided we are going to use the non-diegetic incidental music as music from a royalty free website, because this will save a lot of time when it comes to trying to make our own music. We can then use this time saved towards the actual making and editing of our documentary. Here is a screenshot of the website we will use. I know this is a website that I can trust and is legitimate and legal because I used it whilst in the making of my AS short film last year. You download the music onto your laptop or computer and then use it in the background of your product, such as a short film or documentary. This is a part of the editing process, which will happen over the next few weeks.
