Distribution

The distribution of our documentary, if it were ever to be shown on anywhere other than YouTube or our media A2 blogs, would probably be from a media company such as the BBC, because they are renowned around the world for using documentaries about many different things. This would be to a large tent pole audience, because documentaries of a different sort of direction have a very large range of audiences- from young people wanting to find out more about the world, to elder people who are interested to find out things such as about prison documentaries from Louis Theroux as a presenter.
This distribution could be digital, so shown online. Websites such as the company that makes things for Film 4 has a section of the website where you can watch short documentaries that have been made by a variety of people, and has a wide range of content. This can also be done on YouTube, by channels such as vsauce, which provides documentaries with a wide range of topic choices.
Following are photos of the sorts of documentaries that we would be interested in showing our film to and seeing whether or not they would like to distribute it.
